NAPSA iCARE Profile is a digital platform launched by the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) in Zambia to enhance how members and employers interact with the organization. It replaced the previous eNAPSA system. Thiugh it aimed to improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience in managing pension accounts and related services iCARE has been appaling riddled with user problems.

Creating your iCARE profile on the NAPSA platform is quick, secure, and essential for accessing NAPSA’s digital services. Whether you’re a Zambian at home or abroad—or a foreign national—this guide walks you through the six easy steps to get started.
Step 1: Start Registration
Head over to icare.napsa.co.zm and click “Register Here”. Agree to the Data Privacy Consent. Before proceeding, make sure you have your NRC or Passport and a passport-size photo ready. Then click “Proceed” to begin.
Step 2: Enter Identity Information
Provide your details based on your citizenship status:
- Zambians (local or abroad)
- Foreign nationals (in or outside Zambia)
Click “Next” once done.
Step 3: Upload ID Documents
- Zambians and resident foreign nationals: Upload both front and back of your NRC.
- Foreign nationals outside Zambia: Upload a valid passport.
Then click “Next.”
Step 4: Enter Personal & Contact Details
Fill in your information as shown on your ID. Upload your passport-size photo again. Provide your primary phone number (it must be registered in your name). You can also add a secondary contact or email. You’ll then receive an OTP to verify.
Step 5: Create Your Password
Create a strong password—at least 10 characters, with a capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character (e.g., lenseS@1234). Click “Next.”
Step 6: Review and Submit
Double-check everything. Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit. A reference number will be sent to your registered phone and email.
Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation and can start using your iCARE profile.
