ZRA Approved Software Vendors for Smart Invoice Integration

The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has introduced the Smart Invoice initiative to streamline the invoicing process for businesses and enhance tax compliance. This initiative is disruptive and requires businesses to comply by use of the software or create integration through APIs.

Initially, the deadline was set for July 1, 2024, but due to overwhelming response and demand for integration, an extension has been granted to September 30ths 2024 to accommodate more businesses.

This initiative requires businesses to integrate their systems with ZRA’s Smart Invoice platform by that date. By automating the invoicing process, businesses can reduce errors, save time, and improve operational efficiency. The integration ensures real-time reporting and monitoring of transactions, enhancing accuracy and compliance.
