Can you get a refund from Netflix after payment is made

Regrettably, the answer is no. It appears Netflix won’t offer in a refund after payment for a subscription has been made. Looking into the terms and agreement at the Netflix help center Billing and Payments nothing indicates they offer refunds.

After unplanned renewal went through i somehow felt regrettable and rushed to check at the Netflix help center and desperately wanted my needed 227.00 kwacha. Alas! to no avail was there anywhere i could see how to request for a refund.

Beginning 2020 Netflix became increasingly unaffordable as the Kwacha greatly depreciated against the dollar. from a mere 120.00 kwacha for a monthly sub in 2019 Netflix in Zambia rose to more than 227.00 Kwacha

However, you can cancel the subscription (which I did as I no longer can afford it) and the next monthly billing won’t be affected.
