This is a common problem with Windows 10 version 2004. A work around can temporary sort this. Open Regedit and navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet,

and change the EnableActiveProbing value from 1 to 0. This disables the default protocol that keeps redirecting the Windows 10 computer to MSFTconnectTest
