Here is a guideline on how to print the ZRA TPIN certificate by just using the internet on your phone or computer. This is completely hassle-free compared to visiting the commission’s offices.
What is TPIN? TPIN is a unique ten-digit computer-generated number allocated to a taxpayer upon registration with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA)
The new design on the ZRA website allows taxpayers to register for TaxOnline and self-print the TPIN certificates directly from the website. Here is how to do it.
Here is How to Print ZRA TPIN Certificate from your computer
Firstly you cannot print your certificate without login into the ZRA network with the registered credentials. This is opposed to searching for your ZRA TPIN number which is very easy requiring only to be on their website.
So in your internet browser log into your account at portal.zra.org.zm.
Ensure to enter the correct details, that is your TPIN number, password, and the provided captcha. If you don’t pass these three questions login will be denied.
After login check and click on the top left corner Tax Payer Profile/TPIN Certificate which takes you into the Taxpayer Profile dashboard where you will immediately see the TPIN certificate. Click there and a pop-up window should appear asking you to Open it.
After clicking on Open the TPIN certificate download is initiated. Save the pdf certificate file in your preferred location
