Firstly you cannot print your certificate without login into the ZRA network with the registered credentials. This is opposed to searching for your ZRA TPIN number which is very easy requiring only to be on their website.
So in your internet browser log into your account at portal.zra.org.zm.
According to the Zambia Revenue Authority website, the supported browsers are Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Ensure to enter the correct details, that is your TPIN number, password, and the provided captcha. If you don’t pass these three questions login will be denied.

After login check and click on the top left corner Tax Payer Profile/TPIN Certificate which takes you into the Taxpayer Profile dashboard where you will immediately see the TPIN certificate. Click there and a pop-up window should appear asking you to Open it.
