You can now use WhatsApp without your phone been online. Yes, that’s true and here at Lensesview, we are doing just that.
As you know the web WhatsApp version does not support the use of the app on the desktop without your device firstly being online. Your phone has to be online in order for the web, desktop, or portal versions to work.
However, there is a way out now that will allow you to use WhatsApp without your phone been online. A new update of WhatsApp will let you do that exactly. However, if you wish to get ahead you can join the beta and get ahead to use this WhatsApp up to 4 additional devices and 1 phone at once.
The beta version after your devices are linked, your phone will no longer need to stay online to use WhatsApp on the web, desktop, or Portal.
Is it Safe? According to WhatsApp update, “Your personal messages and call will continue to be end-to-end encrypted.”
However, the WhatsApp Messenger beta version 184.108.40.206 offers limitations in the way the application works.
- You cannot message /call from web desktop or Portal to users who have an outdated version of WhatsApp on their phone.
- Performance and quality may be affected
