Huawei CEO Richard Yu has announced HarmonyOS as the new OS to power Huawei devices.
HongMengOS pronounced as Harmony OS is the company’s long-rumored alternative to Google Android.

The new OS is “completely different from Android and iOS” because of its ability to scale across different kinds of devices. Says CEO of Huawei’s consumer business group Richard Yu.
