Microsoft says please update your windows patch right now

Microsoft has released a Windows emergency security patch and has encouraged all users to patch their machines right now or risk the computer been compromised by a remote user.
The latest Microsoft patch prevents a remote hacker from controlling your machine. Microsoft says update now because the latest discovered vulnerability affects users browsers Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11.

It has been a high traffic rota for Microsoft through the year 2019 as a number of emergency patches have been done.
Just in August 800 million PCs were thought to be vulnerable and back in May Microsoft released Windows emergency security patch to combat fast-spreading malware.
