Windows 10 April 2018 Update features Timeline
Timeline will sync activities across devices actually up to a number of days. As long as you are signed in with your Microsoft Account even on iOS say you are On the Go taking photos that activity could later be finished off on the PC at home. Timeline will also make it easy to find stuff on Windows for up to 30 days. The Windows 10 Update will keep recent history categorizing the activities.

Other major features include the Focus Assist and enhancements to Edge and Dictation.
With Cortana enabled while a cursor is positioned in a a text document just press Win+H and start talking and the Windows will take the dictation.
The April 2018 Update will be available as a free download beginning Monday, April 30.
